For more than 130 years, the Providence Engineering Society has brought together the engineers who build, shape, and sustain our communities in Rhode Island and beyond. Founded in 1894, PES is one of the oldest professional engineering societies in the United States — a place where generations of engineers have shared ideas, strengthened their skills, and advanced the profession in service to the public good.
